Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance product quality.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Maintain safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of continuous safety improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience applying them in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate teams.
