E‑commerce Data Analyst driving insights from transactional and acquisition data, optimizing conversion funnels, and partnering with growth and product teams using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Google Analytics to inform data‑driven decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end analysis of digital transactional data, customer acquisition metrics, and funnel performance across multiple storefronts.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data models and dashboards in Tableau to provide real‑time visibility to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to define experiments, run A/B tests, and quantify impact on conversion and revenue.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and clear visual stories for non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce or digital analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests and interpreting statistical results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
