Software Engineer
Dynatrace Engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing Dynatrace monitoring across cloud and on‑prem environments, leveraging AWS/Azure, Python, and Bash to ensure application performance and infrastructure reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments.
- Configure dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation workflows to proactively detect performance issues.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate monitoring with CI/CD pipelines and incident response processes.
- Analyze telemetry data to identify root causes, recommend optimizations, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability.
- Automate routine monitoring tasks using Python and Bash scripts, and maintain documentation of monitoring architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and their monitoring integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash for automation and data extraction.
- Experience with performance tuning, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
