About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions tailored to client business needs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and third‑party applications.
- Develop custom extensions using JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform components to meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business processes into technical specifications.
- Perform data migration, data quality checks, and performance tuning for large datasets.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Field Service).
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data migration tools.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform customizations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
