About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Lead functional and technical workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into scalable architecture.
- Design and oversee integration with Azure services, Power Platform, and third‑party applications using APIs, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data modeling, security, and performance optimization across the platform.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, Power Platform, and integration patterns.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-300) are a plus.
