About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document functional architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Design integrations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services to extend solution capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct solution reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations to guarantee scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of functional architecture principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with Power Platform components and Azure integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) preferred.
