Senior technical lead driving design, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions on Azure, delivering secure, high‑performance customer engagement systems for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions that align with client business processes and long‑term cloud strategy.
- Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create robust, maintainable applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including solution architects, developers, and business analysts—to ensure seamless integration with Azure services and other enterprise systems.
- Lead performance tuning, security hardening, and scalability planning for hybrid cloud deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure CRM architectures and implement complex customizations.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for extending CRM functionality.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills in a collaborative, hybrid‑work environment.
