Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Proven track record of leading full‑cycle CRM implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user‑friendly configurations.
