About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implement and extend functionality using JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and services, ensuring data consistency and performance.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing CRM implementations.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on the Customer Service module.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and C# for client‑side scripting and server‑side plugins.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs) and troubleshooting complex CRM issues.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
