Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, multi‑brand CRM solution on Dynamics 365 CE, integrating Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform components while defining architecture, integration patterns and non‑functional requirements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technology foundation for Phase 1, covering architecture, platforms, environments, infrastructure, integration approaches, tooling, and non‑functional requirements.
- Design and implement the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform using Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform services.
- Create a scalable, multi‑brand CRM architecture that seamlessly integrates with CDP, orchestration layers, and external APIs.
- Guide development teams on best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom API integrations.
- Establish governance, security, and performance standards to ensure a robust, future‑proof solution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.
- Strong background in CRM integration patterns, API design, and data synchronization across multiple systems.
- Proven ability to design multi‑tenant, multi‑brand architectures with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Hands‑on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services used for integration and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable designs for cross‑functional teams.
