Data Analyst
The DTC Data Analyst will deliver actionable insights on sales, labor, productivity, conversion and customer experience, partnering with finance, marketing and planning to drive data‑informed decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on core DTC metrics such as sales, labor efficiency, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Analyze trends, identify performance drivers, and surface risks and opportunities for the DTC Operations team.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise insights and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Support regular trading updates, performance reviews, and strategic planning with data‑backed analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Planning to ensure data consistency and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a direct‑to‑consumer or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Working knowledge of Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
