About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams in the design, construction, and operation of drinking water treatment facilities.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal water quality regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, perform water quality analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, clients, and contractors, to secure approvals and maintain project alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drinking water project management or technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team‑leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
