About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the end‑to‑end customer experience architecture, ensuring seamless integration across digital, mobile, and physical channels.
- Lead architecture governance, establishing standards, patterns, and best practices for API, microservices, and data flows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Champion the adoption of personalization and real‑time decisioning capabilities across the customer journey.
- Drive continuous improvement of architecture documentation, roadmaps, and technical debt management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on customer‑centric, omni‑channel solutions.
- Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud‑native patterns.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
