Software Engineer
Lead the AI and Data strategy as a Domain Architect, shaping enterprise‑wide architecture, roadmaps and standards while delivering scalable AI, data warehouse and analytics solutions to improve customer and staff experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI & Data architecture strategy, including roadmaps, standards, and governance across the enterprise.
- Provide technical leadership for AI technologies, data warehousing, and analytics platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design end‑to‑end AI and data solutions that integrate with existing systems and support business‑driven use cases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into architectural blueprints and implementation plans.
- Mentor and guide architects and developers, fostering best practices in data modeling, machine‑learning pipelines, and cloud deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI, data platforms, and analytics.
- Deep expertise in data warehousing, big‑data technologies, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record designing and delivering machine‑learning and AI solutions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
