Solutions Architect
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide solutions on Salesforce, driving AI integration, cloud strategy, and scalable microservice architectures for large‑scale business transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, aligning Salesforce platforms with AI and cloud strategies across the organization.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions that integrate Salesforce with microservice‑based systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and reference architectures.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for architecture, DevOps pipelines, and continuous delivery within a multi‑cloud environment.
- Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering innovation and adherence to architectural principles.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in Salesforce platform design and implementation.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML‑enabled solutions and cloud‑native architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and modern integration patterns such as APIs, event‑driven and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code for large‑scale deployments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
