Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of large‑scale data, knowledge graph, and AI platforms, driving architecture, performance, and innovation across the organization using Python, Java, Spark, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise‑grade data pipelines, knowledge graph services, and AI platforms that scale to billions of events.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for data ingestion, processing, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and research teams to translate business problems into robust, production‑ready solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers, lead technical design reviews, and champion innovative approaches such as real‑time streaming and automated ML pipelines.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., graph databases, MLOps tools) to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and Java for data‑intensive applications.
- Proven track record designing and operating large‑scale Apache Spark or similar distributed processing systems.
- Strong background in machine learning model lifecycle management and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience building or extending knowledge graph/semantic layer solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to influence cross‑functional teams, and a passion for driving technical excellence.
