About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver large‑scale, cloud‑native services using AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized Java/Python workloads.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine‑learning pipelines that power credit decisioning and fraud detection.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD best practices, automated testing, and observability across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Java and Python.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Proven track record building and deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and leading technical teams.
