Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI platforms, building responsible, production‑grade models and services using Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud-native infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large‑scale, agentic AI systems that integrate reinforcement learning, large language models, and real‑time decision making.
- Drive end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security teams to embed responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and model governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI research, prototype novel algorithms, and translate breakthroughs into production‑ready solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building AI/ML systems, with deep expertise in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record designing and deploying reinforcement learning or agentic AI solutions at scale.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for production AI workloads.
- Experience implementing responsible AI practices, model interpretability, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical initiatives.
