Lead a high‑performing Yield Management team, driving Design for Yield across architecture, automating and AI‑enhancing yield analysis and debug workflows, while fostering strong people leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design for Yield initiatives, integrating DFY principles into architecture definition and validation processes.
- Develop and scale automation and AI tools to accelerate yield analysis, defect detection, and debug workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (ASIC, design, verification) to embed yield‑centric thinking early in the product lifecycle.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering organization, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and driving continuous improvement.
- Own metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track yield performance and process effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or high‑performance computing engineering, with a deep understanding of yield management.
- Proven track record in leading DFY, automation, and AI initiatives that deliver measurable yield gains.
- Strong architectural design skills and experience defining scalable, resilient systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people‑leadership abilities.
- Hands‑on experience with scripting, data analytics, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
