Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade trading and execution technology, driving architectural strategy, AI integration, and secure DevOps practices across multiple high‑frequency teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the end‑to‑end application architecture for Trading & Execution Services, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in adopting AI/ML capabilities and modern DevOps tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle times.
- Champion secure coding practices, threat modeling, and continuous security monitoring across the technology stack.
- Oversee cloud strategy (primarily AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to support high‑throughput trading workloads.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code for rapid, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on financial trading systems.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML integration in production environments and experience with related tooling.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, threat modeling, and secure software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains.
