About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology partnership strategy across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enable scalable AI customer service solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, integrating, and optimizing AI agent management platforms for enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with cloud vendors, ensuring alignment on product roadmaps, joint go‑to‑market plans, and co‑innovation initiatives.
- Drive technical due diligence, architecture reviews, and performance benchmarks for cloud‑native deployments.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging cloud and AI trends, translating them into actionable business opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, AI integration, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML operations, data pipelines, and customer service automation.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast‑growth, AI‑focused SaaS environment is a plus.
