About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi‑year technical roadmaps for AI‑enabled products and platform services.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, data science, security, and operations—to deliver high‑impact initiatives on time and within budget.
- Implement Agile and SAFe practices to streamline delivery, improve predictability, and foster continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable technical programs and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance for large‑scale cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and AI models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cloud‑native platforms and AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, with ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
