Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical solutions, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, regulatory, and commercial—to deliver products on time and within quality standards.
- Apply agile methodologies to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure iterative delivery with continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analysis and market research to inform product decisions, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to secure resources, manage budgets, and communicate product progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background in healthcare or related technology domains.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑disciplinary product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Expertise in agile frameworks, roadmap creation, and data‑driven product decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
