Lead a team of solutions engineers to design, implement, and optimize Aladdin‑based investment, risk, and trading solutions for institutional clients, leveraging deep domain expertise and advanced technology integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Aladdin implementations, including portfolio management, trading, operations, and risk modules.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and integration plans.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance oversight.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between Aladdin and client systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of solution delivery processes, incorporating best practices in risk analytics and investment technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in investment technology, with a strong background in Aladdin or comparable portfolio management platforms.
- Proven expertise in risk analytics, trading systems, and data integration using APIs.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams, including project management and mentorship.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
