Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building large‑scale cloud applications on AWS.
- Strong expertise in Python and Node.js development.
- Experience with AI/ML integration for conversational interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring teams.
