Software Engineer
Lead a high‑impact engineering excellence team focused on building and scaling developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation to accelerate product delivery across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision for engineering excellence, establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation across multiple teams, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver seamless developer experiences and tooling.
- Mentor and grow a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Measure and report on engineering metrics, using data to inform process improvements and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Proven leadership in building and scaling engineering teams and tooling ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning.
