Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver a scalable AI‑based country solutions platform, integrating advanced machine learning models into enterprise software.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring high code quality and delivery cadence.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimizing performance, security, and cost efficiency for large‑scale deployments.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps to accelerate release cycles and maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS).
- Proven track record designing and scaling complex, data‑intensive applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
