Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for an AI‑based country solutions platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.
- Architect and oversee scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and rapid delivery.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production workflows, ensuring robust monitoring and performance tuning.
- Drive cross‑functional communication with product, design, and operations to deliver high‑impact features on schedule.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying machine‑learning models at scale and managing ML pipelines.
- Strong architectural judgment, experience with microservices, event‑driven design, and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring high‑performing teams.
