Director, Requirements and Capabilities R&C - Naval Air Missiles, AIM-9X JSOW

As the Director of Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) for Naval Air Missiles, AIM-9X / JSOW, you will be responsible for leading the development of requirements and capabilities for these critical systems. This role requires a strong technical background in systems engineering, requirements management, and agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements and capabilities meet the needs of the warfighter and are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python, machine learning, and AWS, as well as experience with systems engineering and requirements management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the requirements and capabilities documentation, as well as leading the development of test plans and procedures.
