Software Engineer
Lead the design and execution of enterprise‑wide reporting and analytics solutions, driving data‑driven decision making across healthcare operations using Python, SQL, AWS, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end reporting pipelines, ensuring data quality, scalability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and dashboards.
- Lead a high‑performing analytics engineering team, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement advanced analytics and machine‑learning workflows to uncover insights that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native data services on AWS, optimizing cost, performance, and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining data pipelines on AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda).
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
