About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive hardware test plans for 5G/6G mobile radio modules.
- Oversee RF and signal integrity testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to accelerate validation cycles and improve defect detection.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, firmware, software) to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing R&D hardware testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded hardware R&D, with a focus on mobile radio and RF testing.
- Deep knowledge of 5G/6G standards, RF measurement techniques, and test equipment.
- Proven track record in building automated test infrastructure and leading large technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
