About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Kroger Precision Marketing platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to translate first‑party retail data into actionable product features.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of insights, loyalty marketing, and media buying capabilities.
- Own product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate to maximize ROI for advertisers and partners.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including agencies, publishers, and internal business units, to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in a data‑rich, advertising or media technology environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B/B2C products that leverage large‑scale consumer data.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI definition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Familiarity with retail data, loyalty programs, and digital advertising ecosystems is highly desirable.
