Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead architecture design and implementation of cloud‑based platforms and enterprise systems.
- Build, mentor, and manage cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security stakeholders to integrate technology solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior technology leadership roles, preferably as a Director or Head of IT.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern software architecture patterns.
- Strong background in managing full‑stack development teams and delivering large‑scale digital projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
