Software Engineer
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver advanced space‑based radar systems, driving integration of AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and cloud‑native infrastructure within a fast‑paced defense environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for space radar programs, aligning hardware, software, and AI components with mission objectives.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary teams—including engineers, data scientists, and product owners—through Agile sprints and milestone reviews.
- Coordinate with external partners, government stakeholders, and internal security teams to ensure compliance, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.
- Drive integration of AI‑powered perception, sensor fusion, and cloud infrastructure into the Lattice OS platform for real‑time command and control.
- Establish metrics, reporting processes, and governance structures to monitor program health and deliverables.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management for complex defense or aerospace systems.
- Deep understanding of radar architectures, signal processing, and related sensor technologies.
- Proven track record delivering AI/Computer Vision and sensor‑fusion solutions at scale.
- Strong leadership in Agile environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
