Director of Solutions Architecture - SOSi

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architecture of complex network engineering and cybersecurity solutions for government and defense clients.
• Lead pre‑sale capture efforts, translating customer requirements into technical proposals and win strategies.
• Mentor and direct senior architects and engineers, ensuring best practices, quality standards, and compliance with security regulations.
• Collaborate with product, program, and business development teams to align solution roadmaps with market demands and emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous innovation by evaluating emerging cloud and networking technologies and integrating them into solution offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, network engineering, or cybersecurity, with a proven record of leading large‑scale, mission‑critical projects.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern networking protocols, security frameworks, and zero‑trust architectures.
• Strong business development acumen, including experience crafting winning proposals and managing capture cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior government and industry leaders.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
