About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long‑term strategy and roadmap for platform firmware and software across Arm's ecosystem.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver high‑quality, scalable products.
- Collaborate with hardware groups, OEM partners, and external developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance on Arm architectures.
- Translate advanced research and emerging technologies into stable, production‑ready solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices, quality standards, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, or low‑level software development, with a strong background in C++ and Python.
- Proven track record leading large, globally distributed engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
- Deep understanding of ARM architecture, Linux kernel, and real‑time operating systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with OEMs, silicon partners, and developer communities.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on technical expertise to drive innovation and product excellence.
