Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Proven track record building and scaling microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior talent.
