About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team delivering web, mobile, and backend services.
- Architect and oversee the development of highly available RESTful microservices and data pipelines using Java, Go, and Spark.
- Drive adoption of modern front‑end frameworks (AngularJS, React) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android) to enhance user experience.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines with Artifactory, Maven, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to integrate machine‑learning models into production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Node.js, Java, Go, Python, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in RESTful API design, NoSQL and relational databases, and big‑data technologies like Spark.
- Experience with modern front‑end and mobile development frameworks.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
