Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Trade Surveillance solutions across multiple business units.
- Architect and maintain scalable Big Data pipelines on AWS using Spark, Kafka, and related services.

- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and regulatory teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Big Data and cloud platforms.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling distributed systems on AWS.
- Deep expertise in Spark, Kafka, and related data processing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and trade surveillance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
