Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in aerospace or related high‑reliability domains.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded and mission‑critical applications.
- Deep knowledge of real‑time operating systems, embedded architectures, and safety‑critical software development.
- Demonstrated leadership of large engineering teams and successful delivery of complex projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
