About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI‑powered electronics design solutions, aligning engineering, design, and business objectives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and rapid iteration.
- Architect scalable, cloud‑native services (AWS) that integrate machine learning models with hardware design workflows.
- Collaborate with UX, data science, and hardware teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and product leadership, with a strong background in electronics or hardware design.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Demonstrated success building and scaling AI‑driven products in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a track record of mentoring high‑performing teams.
