About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for telecom services, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of network design, installation, maintenance, and support for voice, data, and video services.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Develop and control budgets, forecast expenditures, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and project managers.
- Implement best practices for service quality, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications service delivery or network engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in network design, VoIP, fiber optics, and related telecom technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building capabilities.
