About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for the organization’s design system, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high‑impact features and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize roadmap items, set clear success metrics, and drive iterative releases.
- Champion best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and component governance, fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Advise senior leadership on product vision, market trends, and competitive positioning, translating insights into actionable plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in design systems or large‑scale component libraries.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and modern front‑end technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
