Engineering Manager
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop cutting‑edge liquid‑cooling solutions for AI and high‑performance computing, driving product strategy, architecture, and delivery using C++, Python, and advanced thermal‑fluid expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and architecture for fluid‑based cooling systems supporting AI and HPC workloads.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of hardware, firmware, and software engineers through Agile processes to deliver high‑performance, reliable products.
- Oversee thermal and fluid dynamics analysis, prototype testing, and validation to ensure design targets are met.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into technical requirements.
- Mentor senior engineers, foster a culture of innovation, and manage resource planning and hiring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in thermal management, fluid systems, or related hardware domains, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python for simulation, control, and data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with CFD, thermal modeling, and hardware design for high‑density cooling solutions.
- Proven track record delivering complex products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
