About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered consumer and support tools, aligning with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI and machine‑learning features on cloud platforms.
- Prioritize product backlog based on market research, customer feedback, and data‑driven insights.
- Lead cross‑functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, iterating quickly based on analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML‑focused products.
- Proven track record of delivering cloud‑native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.
- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with data analytics tools and machine‑learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
