Strategic product leader to own and scale the AI platform roadmap, driving core data systems, search, agents, orchestration and explainability for a healthcare‑focused intelligence layer.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI platform product vision and roadmap, covering search, agents, orchestration, and explainability features.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable data systems that serve millions of healthcare users.
- Prioritize backlog items, translate market and user insights into product requirements, and drive features from concept to general availability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with business goals and regulatory constraints in the healthcare domain.
- Establish metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on the platform to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML platforms or data‑intensive products.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, data engineering, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience working in regulated industries, preferably healthcare, is a plus.
