About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for Prime Services and CMF, aligning with global banking objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments to deliver scalable cloud solutions, data analytics platforms, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications and prioritize development initiatives.
- Oversee architecture, security, and performance standards for all technology assets, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimization across the technology portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in banking or financial services technology.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact technology solutions in an Agile framework.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
