What you'll be doing
We're standing up a brand new AI Compute branch of the CellSwitch™ Power platform, and we're looking for a Director of Power Electronics to lead it. This is a rare opportunity to take cutting-edge R&D and shape it into commercially relevant power electronics for AI data centre energy infrastructure, then build the team and roadmap to deliver it.
You'll own the technical strategy, architecture and development roadmap for high-efficiency, high-reliability power electronics in this space. You'll move ideas from concept through prototype, validation and customer demonstration, and on to our productisation teams, while reading where the market is heading and feeding that insight back into our platform and business strategy. This is a remote position suited to candidates who can work in sync with our APAC timezone. You may be required to travel to our Melbourne HQ from time to time.
