Lead plant operations, engineering, and fabrication teams to deliver high‑quality products efficiently. Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Lead engineering and fabrication teams in design, tooling, and process development to support new product introductions and continuous improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices, driving waste reduction, cycle‑time improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects, aligning engineering, procurement, and maintenance to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in plant operations, engineering, or fabrication, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and process optimization in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
