Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the open‑source roadmap for quantum error correction software, ensuring alignment with product and research goals.

- Oversee code quality, licensing, and governance, implementing best practices for version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate community contributions into commercial releases.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetups, and industry forums, promoting the company’s open‑source initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on open‑source projects.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, especially quantum error correction.
- Proficiency in Python, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling developer communities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for advancing scientific software.
